SHIPPING

The IXO store offers free shipping on all orders over $10.00 in the United States. Any order less than $10.00 will have a fixed postage charge of $5.00. For all countries outside of the United States, a weight-based software gathers shipping rates from all common shipping carriers and offers a handful of the lowest rates available for buyers to choose from. We carefully review rates provided by our logistics partners to ensure that we’re offering the best value we can provide to our buyers around the world.

Handling time is usually 1-2 days, and transit time will take between 1-3 days, depending on the recipient’s location. Orders that are not shipped within 3 days of order placement will automatically cancel and be refunded.

ORDER TRACKING

When an order is shipped, a shipment tracking number will be emailed to the customer 1 day after sending the shipment. This number will provide end-to-end tracking, from the original handoff to the carrier until delivery to the customer.
